Everyone I worked with was extremely kind,  responsive, and helpful!  Remi is clearly  a master at his job, and I will be forever grateful for his thoroughness and willingness to answer all my questions! The teamwork  amongst all was palpable, which made for a  very efficient process all around - Sue has it down to a science which is clear!
